He’s a dynamic force that has spearheaded both Prevent Medical Solutions (PMS) and its subsidiary, Prevent Training Solutions. Snow also serves as the National Medical Director for the largest music and event company in the nation, Insomniac Events, overseeing command and control for their command centers and EMS components. His reach extends even further as he manages alongside his medical company, PMS. The diversity of his roles underscores his comprehensive understanding of emergency services and medical management. PTS will be hosting exciting hands-on classes at the upcoming CSFA Training and Education Expo (CTEX) from February 25 to March 3. The PTS facility will feature a four-day Safety Officer course designed to meet the training needs of Safety Officer Type 1 (SOF1), Safety Officer Type 2 (SOF2), and Line Safety Officer (SOFR) on an incident, aligning with various regulatory guides. Additionally, the facility will host a two-day All Hazards Liaison Officer L956 course, providing local and statelevel emergency responders with a robust understanding of an effective Liaison Officer on an All-Hazards Incident Management Team (AHIMT). The course includes discussions, lectures, active participation in exercises, and a final exam to apply new knowledge. Dave Morgan’s deep history and connection to the London Fire Brigade brings CTEX one of its most notable keynote speakers, Dany Cotton, the first female commissioner (Chief) of the London Fire Brigade. Cotton will contribute to the Leadership, Equity, Diversity, and Service (LEDS) Panel discussion, as well as share insights from her 32-year career, leadership challenges, and experiences related to the unprecedented Grenfell Tower fire in 2017.
